THRASOS (θράσος) — Greek for boldness. Audacity. Nerve.

That's not a brand exercise. That's a warning label.

I started I Veganize because I got tired of watching the same lies recycled by the same people in the same media outlets, year after year. "Meat is essential." "Vegans are protein deficient." "Factory farming is necessary." Every single one of these claims is wrong, and every single one of them makes somebody rich.

I'm not a dietitian. I'm not a celebrity chef. I'm not here to show you pretty photos of smoothie bowls with edible flowers. There are a thousand blogs for that and most of them are excellent.

I'm here to burn down the arguments that keep people eating animals.

What This Blog Is

I Veganize is an activist publication. Every post is researched, cited, and designed to do one thing: make the truth so uncomfortable that you can't ignore it anymore.

I cover:

  • The lies — corporate propaganda, industry-funded studies, media complicity
  • The science — nutrition research, environmental data, health outcomes
  • The ethics — animal suffering, social justice, moral consistency
  • The practical — how to actually live vegan in a world designed to stop you

What This Blog Isn't

Polite. Balanced. "Respectful of all perspectives."

Some things don't deserve both sides. Slavery didn't. Child labor didn't. And the industrialized torture and slaughter of billions of sentient beings doesn't either.

If you want a blog that says "meat is a personal choice," you're in the wrong place. If you want a blog that tells you why it isn't — with receipts — pull up a chair.

If you're a meat industry PR firm: don't bother. I've read your studies. They're bad.
